By using pristineamerica.org, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site.

1. About the organization

Pristine America Movement is a nonprofit initiative in formation. We have applied for, but not yet received, recognition as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Until that determination, we operate under fiscal sponsorship by [TBD]. Nothing on this site is a solicitation of donations until our fiscal sponsor and counsel clear it. Email signups on the donate page are an interest list, not a pledge.

2. Permitted use

You may read this site, share its public URLs, and quote it with attribution. You may not use it to: (a) impersonate Pristine America; (b) misrepresent our research; (c) extract contact information for unsolicited commercial outreach; or (d) interfere with the site's operation.

3. Submissions

When you fill out a form (newsletter, landowner inquiry, coalition interest, advisor interest, press, contact), you grant Pristine America a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use what you submitted to do the work you contacted us about. You confirm that you have the right to share whatever you submit. Do not submit confidential information you cannot share.

4. Research, data, and tooling

We publish soil-health research, methods, and an early scoring framework (the Pristine Score). All Pristine America-funded research is committed to open licensing (Creative Commons, MIT, or equivalent). Findings are provided "as is." Soil management is site-specific. Nothing on this site constitutes agronomic, legal, financial, or investment advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions about your land.

5. No warranties

The site and any content, code, or data accessible through it are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pristine America, its directors, advisors, volunteers, and fiscal sponsor are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or its content. Our total liability for any claim is capped at one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Pristine America harmless from claims arising out of your submissions or your misuse of the site.

8. Governing law and disputes

• §These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
• §We will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith for 60 days.
• §If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. Each party bears its own costs.
• §You waive any right to participate in a class action against Pristine America.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as the organization formalizes. The "Effective" date above will change. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
